You are responsible for the text, names and ideas you type into the app. Please do not enter illegal, harmful, explicit or hateful content, and do not upload anything that infringes another person’s rights.

Subject to these Terms and any paid plan limits, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive licence to use, download and print the AI-generated stories and materials for your own home or classroom.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We try to keep everything running smoothly, but we do not promise that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly suited to every situation.
As far as the law allows, Short Story Magic and StarBizTech will not be liable for any indirect or special damages (such as loss of profits or data) arising from your use of the Service. If we are found to be liable, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the last 3 months.
